Reversing lights

Are reversing lights part of tht MOT now? Thanks

Well on the gov website it says that if the car was first used after 1st September 2009 then it must have a working reversing lamp.

So I think that means 75s and ZTs are old enough for not not to apply.

Certainly my old 2002 ZT passed two MOT before I replaced the switch!

Thanks for the reply. About 10 years ago they failed to light when I selected reverse. I removed the nearside wheel, loosened the switch, squirted some WD 40 in and they worked. Probably the same problem.
