Default Electric Driver's seat

So ...
The passenger seat is fine, but the drivers side one has stopped responding to any movement and the memory buttons.

I have reseated and wd40'd the connectors, checked the fuses, tested the power in the requisite cables under the seat.

One strange thing is that very rarely any of the seat functions start to work, but only for a second and then stop. It seems to be when there is a load on it as I took off the back/forward motor drive pins and about half an hour later, the motor started to work. As soon as I tried the up/down, one second later it stopped again
