If you did it earlier in the Year you would have been doing it in a Fiat or whatever.

I never set a launch date. It was just an idea that needs to be built on by the members.
Would obviously be good to do it this year, as per the heading. December is probably out as, leading up to Xmas people have family and social commitments. So bearing in mind this lateness in the year, tail end of November is the best option. Or we could delay it and come up with another idea for next year to give more time for members to organise..... ? I'm open to ideas,,,,,,, as already stated, I have a lot of commitments, at this time of year, but am generally clear on Friday - Sunday nights. Any ideas? I still think that Fred the Ted could do with a 48 hour round Britain trip First Ted to do it?? Anyone got a Guinness Book of Records ?

Original Launch Date
According to Wikepedia, the 75 was launched at the British Motor Show @ The NEC in Birmingham from 22nd October to 1st November 1998.......so we only have 4 days til it's official birthday.
However, delivery of the vehicles from Cowley didn't commence until February 1999 |
