could try drilling a hole in the bolt, heat it and banging in a allan key see if you can undo it.

He's said that because of the position of the bolt under the car and after several attempts, he is unable to drill a hole in the snapped bolt.

Should you still prefer to remove the original I'd suggest these if there is still enough stud accessible.

Channellock CHL410 9.5-Inch Nutbuster Plier

If it starts to move, keep it well oiled and do it back up each time it gives a little more movement. It won't be a quick job though.
