Lovely sunny morning here today - but still bitterly cold. We've messed up our early morning shopping trip today by double booking - so will have to go when the car parks have filled up later in the day.
SWMBO and I went to the hairdressers on Monday, and I recall the lassie looking at the appointments book as we walked in. We then had to wait for about 20 minutes before e=we were seen to. Just looked at the calendar - and realised that the appointment was for NEXT Monday

Looks like the RAF (USAF?) are on exercises around here today - massive noise, especially from somthing big, and VERY loud. A couple of fighters have just done a rooftops job - I swear I could see the pilots, they were so low (we are in a low flying area)

Not long before I left Berwick (late '70s) there was a huge NATO exercise, B52s flying over the town with bomb doors open etc. Remember some dumb councillor saying the residents were terrified! No we weren't, it was brilliant.

It is a real chill out here near the Greece border - only birds are tweeting, even the woodpecker is knocking.

Good morning all

overcast and 25C today. Jessica has been busy clearing away fences and hedges down to the forest line, opening more views from the house of the trees, the birds and the animals. The garden is in drought, but will look beautiful again when the monsoons come.

Nice photos Hristo, I can feel the clean, cold, crisp air from just seeing them
