Default Dare I Mention The C Word.......Cycling!

This is an ideal opportunity for those less active that want to lose a few pounds to maybe take up cycling. It is low impact, great for weight loss and improving general fitness. My close friend has taken up cycling after being diagnosed Type 2 Diabetic. His doctor thought he had someone else's blood test results at his recent review, consequently his medication has been halved with a view to coming off it completely. Many companies operate the Cyle to Work scheme, this reduces the cost of buying a bicycle and kit significantly.https://www.cyclescheme.co.uk/

I had eight cans of Aldi's finest lager last night along with Cottage Pie, a bag of fresh doughnuts and a large bag of Doritoes dipped in sour cream. I still managed to shift another half a stone. Good eh?

Massive congratulations on your achievement Steve, reaching your target weight after such a short time is an inspiration to us all and the before and after pictures are fabulous, but I reckon you should stop now..............
