I've tried the "wife leaves you for another man diet". It's worked wonders for me over the last six weeks. I've managed to lose just over a stone and a quarter over the time. Highly recommended lol.

Lets have none of that negativity George, it will soon turn into half a stone in a couple of weeks and it's not a race, I don't remember putting mine on all in 1 go so I ain't gonna shift it that way either, my weigh in over the weekend and I will post up the results, just look at what you could still have...............

Its been hard going. Drinking to much lately over the weeks but that's now out of the system. I've now started focusing on the things I've neglected over the last few weeks. Cleaning the car / house ect. She has been in touch looking for money because her new relationship is not a bed of roses as she thought. Sorry for straying off topic folks.

No chance of that buddy. As much as I still love her the trust has gone. It would never work now without trust. I was really looking forward to the POL until I recently discovered she was living in Rubery, and her new fella is a car enthusiast. I decided to give it a wide birth just in case I saw them together. The last thing the 75/Zt club would of wanted was an ugly scene in front of the them.
