Been out with the dogs for an hour or so. Lovely morning - dare I say a bit “autumnal”?

A real freshness in the air and of course the weather forecast is for rain - and lots of it.

So a rest from rebuilding the ZTT today - swap the alternator over the weekend hopefully then gradually put it all back together. Just in time for the Indian Summer when I can enjoy having my A/C back.

Cool

Morning all.

Delayed by a full English breakfast this morning.

Raining here in Ledbury, but not bothered as I’ll be homeward bound by Noon.

Good afternoon everyone, how are we all? Today I am driving from Bristol to London. This morning my B-I-L popped in with his wife’s clothes to see if Jessica wanted them. Serena passed away last year in Kenya. It’s a hard thing for him to do, because of the emotional feelings attached to her clothes, but it’s part of the healing process. We are having a memorial celebration of her life on 1 September for the family and friends who could not make it to Nairobi. I am doing a slide show, photos from her childhood, growing up, getting married and family life.....happy memories. Catch u later

Afternoon all, I'm crocked with a bad back!, Pushing Mam in her wheelchair over grass & muddy walkways took it's toll on my back yesterday at the Southport flower show, It was jammed to the gunwales with people as everybody else seemed to have read the four day weather forecast & Thursday was the best of the bunch, albeit windy & showery......Saw Blackpool tower across the bay, the sea is permanently out there.

I've spent two hours in a red hot bath this morning trying to get some suppleness in my back with lots of painkillers, I cant bend or put socks or trousers on so it's a dressing gown day

The weather is miserable & wet, It's been lashing down since first thing this morning.

I don't think I'll be needing suntan cream or sunglasses anytime soon

My Gaming PC has been on this morning getting the new Train Sim World 2020 upgrade as it came out yesterday on the 15th & I've still not not seen it yet as my upgrade has been Queuing for ever

I'm seeing the vet this evening, ask about the omeprazole and get some kind of painkiller sorted out. Taking the paracetamol in the morning that aches etc disappeared after an hour or so, not taking anything they linger all day.

Saw the vet, she checked paracetamol on the official NHS system, came back as caution . . . . that's suitably vague so she's going to contact the specialist who's dealing with me and advised in the meantime take one paracetamol in the morning instead of the two I've been taking. As for omeprazole, says that's ok and prescribed a months supply. Can't get it til tomorrow but that's not a problem, my other half has boxes of them!
