Thumbs up

Survived the trip and all went well until I got to Luz where the water pump gave in, Luckily it wasn't on the way as I have accommodation here and it took 3 weeks to fix.

But all running well again now.

Had great 5 hour run from Biarritz to Tours at 130kmh nearly all the way. You could never keep that sort of steady pace in the UK.
And for a 18 year old motor its running great and so pleased about that after the water pump issue.

That's because it's GREEN like mine and also because you're a Construction Manager which I was before retirement.-----

Smile Cant wait

Starting to plan my next trip to France and already have the ferry booked for the end of Jan.
Even with a 19 year old car I have no worries about taking this fine motor all the way back to the Pyrenees again next year.

Hopefully though after last years water pump exercise and the eye watering expense of that repair the next trip should be no issues.

Meanwhile though the green goblin is resting up for the winter in UK while I'm in Russia battling with the trials and tribulations of owning a P38 Range Rover (also 19 years old).

Hello,

I am a new member from France (near Nantes).
I'll have my new MG ZT-T V6, Mk2 in Solar Red next saturday.
Really happy to "save" this car.

I also have a ZS Mk2 V6 in Pearl Black.

I don't if there is a new members presentation page. I can't find it a this time.
