Surely that is down to me how I sell my car. I thought by letting people know that the car was available I might have got some interest but alas no.

I have had one offer of £250 a week for 28 weeks. No to that.

The other alternative I have is to put the car into storage and try and sell next year.

But thanks for your valued opinion people.

It's been a difficult few years for a lot of people. My personal view is that it's not the purchase price that puts potential buyers off, it's the maintenance costs. We might have the purchase price saved up but we're wary of the ongoing costs involved in owning one and not just putting it in storage.

Took Blue Thunder down to the tyre shop with a slow puncture. Now have another new tyre. Car still FOR SALE and still open to sensible offers.

I have now sold Blue Thunder. Goes to her new home on Friday and I get to deliver her. More details on who has her once the money is in the bank.
