Default Can I make a suggestion?

Can we make sure the actual DATE of an event is in the thread title? We do quite a lot of road tripping and it would be nice to plan in advance if there are any events on in the area we'll be visiting on a specific date......without having to trawl through several threads to narrow down the date.

There's no point looking at the calendar as it isn't kept up to date at all.

Thanks in advance

Yes its really annoying. If no date is set, you get numerous posts saying "I can make this date" or "I can't make this date" so the thread develops into pages of suggested dates . One of the previous events in Scotland was so confusing I gave up.

I always tend to put the date in the title for any meets I post on the forum along with the meet title.

I think this gives members a lot of information without having to open the post about where or what the meet is and the date.

I find that as members post on the meet pages you do not always end up with the meets in date order.
