Thanks have been trying to I.D my colour for ages just found your post,excellent mine turns out to be Coperleaf red.all I need now is touch up paint in that colour,Great pics also THANKS rontug

You have a Trophy Yellow ZT pre facelift but I couldnt see a Trophy Yellow facelift pic (unless I missed it) so heres a pic of mine.

Hi can the colour LQW Anthrcite Black look very dark blue metalic in certain light any ideas please.

Ive owned two lqw's now.

The paint rests between a black grey and black blue.

Its a nice colour and various polishs can change the shade.

The paint does seem to be between black and very dark blue sometimes even Grey you can just see an hint of it sparlking through it should polish up very nice cheers Arctic.

Great thread, as a new bloke, always intrested in finding out more about my 75, so checked the plate re the paint codes, nothing on it...?? blank plate, looks more like a good quality sticker /label...anyone got any thoughts on this...any information always usefull

Yes the later cars do have vinyl adhesive labels rather than metal punched plates, but there should still be some info on it

Judging by your picture, it would have to be Cimarron Green HQJ that was used for the facelift model.

and there no code on it... in fact nothing at all.. which seems a litle odd

Which door pillar are you looking at? Cant remember which side, but on mine drivers I think it has the commission number and passenger side is plate/sticker with paint code...
