Default tee-piece

going to fit new stainless steel tee piece in the top hose.what problems can happen,do i have to bleed the system?

If you drain down just enough coolant to clear the T-piece, you should be able to get away without too much trouble with air bubbles. Slacken the lowest hose clip on the T, so it stops coming out when the T is clear. The T-piece is near the top of the system so it should simply refill. I've not done this modification myself, but I'd expect it to be OK.
