Cool

Morning everyone.

Overcast start to the day, so today might be my last day in shorts.

Managed to get some gardening done before it rained, potted off another 11 strawberry plants. The main crop is still flowering.

Morning all. After my trip to the dentist on Monday to have a molar removed................... another minor disaster! The massive filling in upper left eight fell out (the back one)! When I had it filled, some time ago, my old dentist described the procedure as being similar to changing the back spark plug on his old V8 Chevy! A real pain in the rear end. Just waiting for the phone line to open to make another appointment. Doh!

Ouch! Good luck with the dentist. I've never tried that Mythos you referred too in the other comment. The moussaka was good, it was a online Hairy Bikers recipe. I don't think my missus & daughter are not as keen on aubergines as me. Seconds for tea tonight.

Morning! Hope all well.
Phil had the operation yesterday and considering everything was doing ok in recovery last night. A lot of pain today. Will be pushing for better control, but wasn’t allowed in till 12. He will get through it.
Best wishes,
Jessica

Thanks for the update Jeff, Fingers crossed Phil has a full recovery to health.

Finally got my DVT appointment later this morning with the deep vein thrombosis consultant at Bolton.
My left calf is still swollen compared to my other calf which looks like I missed every leg day in the gym

Morning. Tired. Up at five yesterday coz Ging was dayshift, she's off today but decided to get up early again to go and see her aunt and uncle in Sheffield, same aunt and uncle we saw in York last week. I detest early rises, wake up tired at the best of times, getting up early just sets me back for the whole day.

I've got an appointment for this avo. I often get Mythos on Lidl's Greek week, when they often have Ouzo and other greek delights in stock.

Morning everyone from a bright and sunny Midlands.

Not a cloud in the sky but it's proper nippy.

SWMBO is off work today and is going to see her Aunt, taking MIL with her. While they're out Quizzie will be meeting up with Bridget for a rampage across the fields .

Take care everyone.
