As you are going to take over from Banbury , I will take the relay up to there.
reson why I going back to m1 was the member that was going up the m4 cant now do it and there are now long trem road works that side of the M25 sill need to comfrim where im taking over hoping near to dartford crossing. Where in Banbury are we meeting. as soon as I know the time i picking up the relay will let you know how long it should take me to get there. |

Hi Kevin David3807 is now looking to do a lot of stage 10. I was wondering if its worth going underneath London, given the lack of South Coast members? I suggest that you might want to liaise with David and plan a less arduous route to suit yourselvs. Lett me know what you decide. Banbury Science Park is right next to the main Banbury M40 Junction 11. A good point for a change over. Andrew

Banbury handover
Hi Kevin, this is where I was aiming for:
Daventry Road Banbury Oxfordshire OX16 3JT Exit M40 J11 and go left towards Banbury. Turb right at first island, straight on for 200/300 yards, I'll be there, not very pictuesque, but quite convinient. Andy

Can someone please confirm who is doing what stages as the messages don't match the current plan
members ----- leg of stage 11 David3807 Stage 10 meeting steven in Brighton Approx 18:00 stevewillams---- Brighton to Leatherhead ?????? ---- Leatherhead to M40 1st sevice stn after M25 North kevin ----- M40 1st stn to Banbury Yellow peril ---- Banbury to Birmingham Reason I ask is some members are referring to Dartford but the map for this leg goes nowhere near it. Also who is doing Leatherhead to M40? http://maps.google.co.uk/maps/ms?hl=...717,28.125&z=5

Sorry Steven, there has been a change of plan owing to now no Member to take over from Leathhead now. PLAN NOW. David3807 will meet you at Brighton. He will go in convoy with you to Crawley then on to Dartford where he lives. I will meet him there and go on to Banbury and hand over to the Yellow peril. he will then take relay to the end. this was only worked out yesderday and I forgot to infrom you. if you can think of some thing better please let me know. as I would like to cut down some of my mileage but will do what it take to get the relay to the end after all the hard work but in by the other members taking part. kevin |

Can people participating in this relay ensure that they have exchanged Mobile numbers with next in line etc to ensure any problems can be sorted.
You don't want to turn up at handover with no one there due to non communication. |
