For partners etc. we will have no way of knowing their names, but I will try and have a good supply of "generic" club badges for family members etc. (they will all really be peel off sticky labels but you know what I mean )

With out wanting to turn the meet into a car boot sale, will respected members and indeed some individuals be allowed to bring items to buy/sell? It does make sense to eliminate the posties cut of the bits and bobs we need /desire for our cars. :lol:

I should think that that will be OK Dave as long as it is kept extremely low key, no overt advertising, preferably arrangements to supply / swap made before hand. Please wait for confirmation from the top though as I may be entirely wrong for this particular venue.

Just don't bring any sheep or coal and you should be OK for a pitch in the car park.
