Perfect peace here in Reading, no bl--dy jets moaning around and around over head- 5 to 8 is not unusual. 17 the most. When we moved to Reading in 1956 it was one transatlantic Lockeed Constellation a night. Mind you we did have the joy of twice a day Concord while it lasted - terrific exactly over our house every flight, my brother from Rhodesia nearly wet himself when he saw that. Chris S.
