Default Chinese 2Din OEM head unit pinout and plugs

Hi everyone!
Greetings from Russia!

My friend got a perfect vehicle - Rover 75, 2001, 2.0 V6
One of the previous owners changed the audio head unit many years ago, and now the car has some cheap old Pioneer radio.

We bought a 2Din head unit from China that the seller claims as an OEM unit for these cars.

There are ISO and miniISO pins and strange 20-pin connector looking just like some type of a PC-connectors.

I wonder how to connect the steering wheel remote control to this audio unit. Shall I use miniISO or try to find the strange connector pinout?

There is no any manual or documentation attached, the sellers doesn't understand neither English or Russian.

This unit is available to use rear camera and navi, but I don't know how to connect these devices.

I would be really grateful for any help.
