Help Please someone I bought this unit new from the radio guy about three years ago I think. it has been on the shelf since. brought it down from the shelf to put it into the Spice tourer. The spice has one of these wonderful Amps in the rear cubby and a big speaker itn the other rear cubby "karmon handra" or something.

When I remove the aftermarket JVC wireless it just connects with two plugs brown and grey and the ariel. plug in the Navall the system boots up and everything works but no sound. Yes my hearing aids were in and on.

I took the DVD player out the gold tourer pluged it in and it all works fine.
remove the ariel lead and there is no noise with it either, same with the JVC.
that about sums up the problem. HELP!
