Think it was the gfact the car tried to overtake where there wasnt anywhere to overtake, n these people had to swerve to avaoid being hit by the mg driver

unfortunately - without consequences, what can the police do there was no incident, there nearly was (alleged) and the driver managed to avoid it (alleged) if there is video evidence of dangerous driving fair enough - the police can act however the evidence i've seen so far - only indicates that an image of said offenders' vehicle was taken from the complainants' vehicle - and they may even have shown themselves to be committing an offence - if that image is from a cell phone and the driver was alone (with child) in the car - again it could be a still from a dashcam - but no evidence, as yet
