Default V6 engine movment

Hi all. As some on here will have noticed, I've recently had the pleasure of performing an engine swap on my 190 ZT-T.
Before I took it out, one of the things I noted was that there was a bit of engine movement causing a clonk on a sharp pull-away. On replacing the engine I had a good look at the mounts and they all looked in good condition. The large round lower mount is actually a yellow polly type and looks quite new.
I've had several goes at adjusting the top mount to tighten up the movement and it has improved it, but its still giving me that clonk under power and I can feel the engine gyrating as I bring the clutch up after selecting second gear under power.
Is there a procedure for setting these mounts up as I'm running out of ideas?
There's no vibration either.
Steve
