Default No heat from heater

Ok not mine, but a 160 running at approx 95 degrees but heater cool, checked coolant and looks like plain water, now I used to know but too much coolant was low temp and not enough was high temp or the other way about, so could this cause the no heat ?

Either the heater matrix is silted up or there's insufficient coolant flow to reach the heater. This is typically due to a leak and therefore air in the cooling system. Check the coolant level. If OK try a top up and bleed according to the method given on the forum. If you can't find it by a search, request a link. The V6 typically leaks from the thermostat housing. Check for puddles in the Vee between the heads
