Exhaust MG ZT Backbox
Hi just joined the forum and think its great lots of great stuff on here, ok i need a bit help and info!
Just got my MG ZT CDTi 2003 about 3 weeks ago after selling my VR4, the exhaust backbox doesnt look like it has long left so i rang powerflow and they quoted me £330 from the cat back which i thought was a bit expensive? and maybe there is an alternative? I was wondering if there is any other direct fit exhaust systems or if anyone could give me any recommends or where to purchase the exhaust. |

Depends where you are in the country, but there are plenty of companies doing SS exhausts now.

It really depends on wether you intend hanging on to the car for a good while but a good quality stainless system although pricey will give you years & years of service & if I had a few more quid spare that's what I'd be doing.
Anyway since you're only in Sunderland do you fancy coming to Shildon on the 27th for a local meet???? Regards Col |

Hi Petey - had the same problem when I got mine. I ended up having a
drive down to Rimmer Bros to pick up a back box. It was still slightly cheaper compared with the two quotes I had locally. BTW - nice to have a fellow Mackem on site - where are you based (I'm in East Herra) |
