Rear door sill/carpet connector

The rear door sill has a short strip covering the edge of the carpet. This cover is held in place by two plastic connectors that slide into a slot in the strip. I think they're glued as well.
The mushroom top of one of my connectors has broken off. Does anyone know where new ones are available?
