electric window problem

OK here goes the front passengers electric window goes down at will and is a **** to put up..

Today i had both door dismantled because mechanism was broken on drivers door but i had a dam good look at cabling on passengers door and other than black cover being very wet i couldnt find a problem..
Before i put mechanism in drivers door i plugged it in passengers door and same problem so i disconnected passengers motor and i can here a tick comeing from under dash the same tick it did when window was all way down and the anoying thing is it only does it on the move..
Sometimes when i try and raise the window it works normal but mostly it is 1cm at a time.
I tryed a battery reset (40mins disconnected) but its just the same, so any ideas greatly apretiated

could this be classic drivers window pressure (anti trap) sensor issue...?
