To be fair England could have been 3 up at half time.........Harry Kane disappeared in this game, I can only guess he is carrying an injury of some sort.

I can't see past France I think they are capable of beating both Croatia and England at the same time

Kane has been lacking in the last 2 games. Happy for Trippier though, he's been solid as a rock in every game, much deserved goal. Hope his injury isn't serious

Croatia played strongly, pushing us constantly. Our England team surpassed initial expectations and should be proud.

agree we should have been 2 or 3 up at half time and we were looking good. Harry kane, rubbish. Pickford was very good and I feel sorry for him conceding 2.
A few other players did themselves proud. Previous to tonight I did not rate England and on their performances they would not have been worthy winners of the world cup but tonight I thought they generally played well. Alas went to sleep for the second goal.

Hope Croatia win Sunday.

mind you if France had put up such a good defence in WWII as they have this world cup, they would never have been invaded. Sorry son I've nicked your line
