it didn,t rain for long here, i couldn,t resist a splash about in it , made my kids laugh and a few of the neighbours

I can remember sometime during being an apprentice, possibly summer '78, it was sunny all day while in the machine shop then around 4pm it rained for the rest of the day. It did this for what seemed like every evening for weeks, my bike gloves were like a pair of cod.
