Ok thats fine

Just looking at the car, looks like the rear subframe has to come off to change them?

As long as you can undo the arm inner bush bolt that goes through the subframe then no, but if you can't then yes the subframe will have to come down.

Thanks Mike it seems as if its 50/50 whether or not the captive nut will hold on the inner arm bolt and if not then my car will be stranded on the drive.

I'm just going to get a garage to do it.
