Hi Don,
From what I’ve read on here before, Eibach no longer make lowering springs for the Rover 75 (although I stand to be corrected on that). There are other alternatives out there, such as H&R etc. I think H&R springs lower the car by 35mm. Good luck in your search. If you do discover a source for Eibach springs, please let us know.
