Default Diesel Engine Cover Bolts

Anyone know the part number for the three bolts responsible for holding down the engine cover in the CDT(i).

Thanks

They're not listed on EPC.

From looking at them when I took mine off the other day they're just some standard M6 bolts about 35-40mm long.
Should be able to get some from a local hardware place - then just stick a washer on each and you'll be sorted

Wot, except 25mm is long enough. I used rather nice stainless M6 set screws with a female hex head, when I lost one of mine, replacing all 3. Rather liked them, so I also used them in the holes left on the slam panel when I did air intake mod Mk2. M6 seems to be a popular size - I bought a load of 25mm ones from Screwfix when I was rebuilding the motor on the 3 wheeler.

You might as well go the whole hog and replace some more around engine bay for the small cost!

You need M6 x 25mm and M6 x 16mm mixed.
Plenty on eBay

They look even better on a clean slam panel

(where's the "sorry couldn't resist that" Smiley?)
