Default Panorama tonight

Tonight's episode is about Sellafield, it doesn't usually get portrayed in a good light though. Good tv or factual? Will wait and see. Right on my doorstep and it isn't thought as a dangerous place

I've just watched it and it was just another stitch up job, obviously the stuff is going to be degrading, some of its been in place for over 60 years! I really don't understand how the BBC can think this is good journalism, if I was a terrorist Sellafield would now become my number 1 target after watching that, if we believe that reporter then Sellafield is about to collapse in on itself within the next week and kill us all by radioactive fallout smothering us.

What does it matter how much it costs to decommission the plant? It needs to be done regardless of price or time taken to accomplish it. The figure quoted was £162billion (highest projected price) over the next 100 years. According to the reporter that is too much to spend on something so important. In the same period the BBC will get £373billion through licence fees, that's without any rise in the fees and using 2014-2015 figures I know what I'd rather spend my money on, and it's not television.

I tweeted whilst watching this as I thought it was incredibly biased against the plant. Suffice to say my Twitter account has gone mental cheap shot going down the 'whistle blower' route when there was a programme last year when a phycisist was invited in and he found no problems
