What was my point? Well, if it was you who had bought it, you would know I was bluffing, otherwise, without being rude, I was saying that NONE of us know how much it sold for, or even if it did sell. Sorry if I confused you, but obviously my point was made |

Your point is not made at all, as there was no point to what you did. There is absolutely no logic in any of your statements and even less evidence to back up what you are saying!

My point WAS made,
Posts 36 - 38 (I think) argued (well maybe "discussed" would be a better word) how much the car sold for. My post PROVED that no one knew if it even had sold. |

Right... One post said it ended close to their prediction the other 2 say it isn't sold... so you are fabricating evidence to make a point. A point that makes no sense or bears any significance whatsoever

Don't really know what you're trying to say, but if a listing ends the way it did, it's not a surprise that no one picked up on it being sold. As for values, my opinion is well known. Rather than getting into silly arguments who has a bigger ****, best conclude that no one really knows. You didn't buy it obviously (who needs 2) and just are a wind-up merchant. I didn't buy it and am Dutch and just plain blunt. Let's leave it at that |

Oddly enough I read this thread and went on Youtube to look at cars (as you do) and came across this very car...
Posted over a year ago in 2013... Shows you what condition the car is in... Looks like half of the Sahara desert is in that engine bay. Is it me or does that engine have an odd whine to it? Mine doesn't sound like that. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qD7nu-6_UMI |

ROFL @ this thread.
Polly whats wrong with you?! The fish fumes gone to your heed? 260s are going for a pittance these days, but thats all the tatty, scabby ones that seem to attract owners who end up not giving a ****. There will be very, very few well cared for cars left at this rate. Some of the states of 260's Ive seen have been disgraceful! The very best examples will still hold their price, as they are attractive to folk who fancy something different and have plenty cash. People bored with the mainstream Audis, Mercs, etc etc. Having said that, the one I ended up with was the best example Ive ever seen, and hopefully its going to stay like it just rolled out the factory in my hands. |
