We have just suffered this so I am trying one of these > http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Plastic-Heron-...#ht_1175wt_735 to see if it works, so far so good.

Keep moving around time will tell if it works

Simon

Hiya Simon. I guess anything is worth a try.... A neighbiur told us the other day that a heron had been around....All the fish were there last night....what time do these flipping things get up.??We have half or dozen left i think...1 or 2 big ones still, but most are gone...Poppy

Livid eh, can I look you over just to confirm that Pop's?

Re the fish... Only cures are -- A big dog around 24-7 --Net the pond over....... A gun. ------

I have six veil tail gold fish you can have but.. Dunno how to get em to you though, it would prob be cheaper to buy some locally....

I am very sorry about your fish... Plants help, gives em somewhere to hide at least, and I have a couple of foot long 6 inch plastic pipes in my pond for the fish to hide in as well..
