I really like the look of the SV's, but always felt the wheels looked very aftermarket, and not in a good way.
Which other MG wheels do we think would suit it any better? Straights, Hairpins, Eleven spokes, Apex's? |

Expensive for an ornament, I remember EVO (I think) had one on a long term test and it was constant issues.

The SV always looked a bit "cobbled together" to me and not the convincing sports car it could have been.
I agree with a previous comment about the wheels too, they're horrid!

I remember Clarkson did a test on one and though impressed with the performance thought it very fragile and I think something even fell off.
For rarity value and for occasional weekend use probably a great investment but that is probably it. There was one at a hill climb I went to a couple of years ago, the driver new how to get the best out of it and had it sideways on most of the corners, it did a great time. |
