Clutch pedal went initially and replaced master. Didn't do the trick so had whole system replaced including master, slave, clutch etc. Two months later or so in January last year clutch pedal went again, eventually garage replaced whole lot under warranty thankfully. Been having some clutch judder for a while and pedal went again today, comes back if I lift it with my foot, but experience says that will not be the case for long.

This sounds a bit dodgy, it's not reading like a decent job was done. How certain are you that all of the work was carried out?

Snap on the pedal not coming back (sometimes, not allways, and often worse in traffic - forcing an ignition off, pump clutch scenario). Mines been doing this for 6 months or so, i suspect the master cylinder, anywhere else and the system would be empty by now?

I had a quick connector fail after 8 months of a full metal system being fitted.

Clutch judder ??? Normally lower engine mount.

Clutch pedal.-----Do you rest your foot lightly on the clutch pedal when you drive ??

Do you sit at junctions and traffic lights with the clutch pedal down ??

These two things will damage the slave cylinder.

Pedal dropping down with no fluid loss means your master cylinder is letting air into the system ( Poor quality master cylinder. Maybe ? )

Thanks FM. As for clutch judder I have that too, and a stinking clutch if it gets any use other than changing gear or setting off on the flat (LUK).
Looking forward to getting onmy knees under the steering wheel like a hole in the head, but maybe its a job for today...
