What's Missing ?
Can anyone tell me what is missing, is it a drain tube or a blanking grommit?

The heavens have opened up here so can't go outside, but what is missing is the Jules plenum guard.
I thought nearly every car had one by now. |

from your picture it looks like a blanking plug / rubber grommet is missing. mark. |

Early models had a drain here but later they blanked it. The water should filter through the lovely Jules Plenum guard and down the drain which is underneath and inaccessible from the top.
Although my drivers off side drain was clear near the ECU I noticed water was collecting drivers side, so at my recent service with Trikey, the kind man unblocked that drain and snipped the duck bill for me.
