LOL It's a sunny day now & it's thawed out, I've just finished mixing a wheelie bin full with used compost 50/50. It'll be right for when planting time comes around.

Mmmmmm Dinner time with some mushy peas now. I'll wash me hands first though

A brisk walk on Gorleston beach this morning. I gave the ice cream a miss today though!

Evening all, defrosted some chicken, made a carbonara then decided it didnt smell to clever so the bin ate it!

A back up Frey Bentos pie and a tin of peas stepped in to save the day.

Cool

Morning everyone.

No frost and a colourful sunrise.

Diabetes eye check this morning at a local church hall. Be the first one since 2019.

And so the battle continues on trying to get the Bear home.

Morning all.

Another clear, cold and frosty one here.

Guide Dogs puppy class yesterday. After all this lock down malarkey we're just starting to see the new puppies coming through the program. Two 10-week-old ones joined us. Both girls, both golden and both adorable.

Sorry, no pics. Far too busy on the important stuff - you know, commands, and the like. And if you believe that you'll believe anything. Fusses, cuddles, licks, play. It's officially called socialisation . And only one widdle on the floor .

Look for something to make you smile today.

Morning. Not my favourite part of the day, always feel stiff, sore, tired, takes a couple of hours for the morning meds to kick in then I can face the day.
