Just had to order one of those 'Sock aid' contraptions for putting yer socks on, I cant bend all the way down there any more to put socks on & me feet are freezing


Missus is as bad as me for not being able to bend any more, Big pan of turkey broth on the go for tea & smells bootiful
Since the price of gas & electricity has gone through the roof this year I'm seeing lots of those AGA & Rayburn cookers for sale, I always fancied one of those but they're just too prohibitive now if they run on gas these days.

Under the circumstances I totally agree. Tea is one of the best “cures”. Drank many a mug full, and still liking a brew.
