Just read this, and very sorry to hear about what happened. I hope you get a good outcome from the insurance.

Hiya Andy, just come across this, Jan & I are gutted for you Bud.
Was bad enough a few years back when Vixen got keyed the full width of the bonnet, but to see that is soul destroying mate. We know you will sort it, but its still all the added expense, time & inconvenience you could really do without, even more so with Debz not too good, we really do feel for you both. We know words are no compensation for what has happened, but just to let you know you are both in our thoughts, take care Bud please give our love & best wishes to Debz. All the Best of Wishes.....John & Jan.

Hi Andy,Just read this old son, I am gutted for you mate, such a great looking car. Reckon I saw it at East Kitby. Real gutt wrenching news.
Sure you will get it sorted but why does it happen in the first place? You don't deserve all the hassle pal., if it was me I'd be suicidal!! Hope everything improves old son and very soon. , don't really know what else to say.!! Have you got Debz in hospital as well ? If so give her my best wishes and ,hope she's home very soon. Take care old son. |

I was unaware that Debz was in hospital. Please send her our best wishes.
"It never rains but it pours" comes to mind, what with your roof, which I presume has overrun it's estimated repair time (going from when we met at Frimley), and has resulted in your temp. garage being in an exposed position. But, as you know, Debz is the highest priority at the moment. Mike & Jan |

Just seen the awful photos of the damage to your Dorchester Andy. You seem to be very philosophical about it but what's done is done. Hope insurance coughs up, they're good at taking your money but not so good at paying out.
So sorry to read that Deb's is back in hospital, hopefully for not too long. Best wishes to both of you. Martyn |

Hi Andy, That would break my heart if it had happened to the Pearl, we were unaware Debs was in hospital. You should not be in line for these problems it is unfair. Hopefully the insurance wont muck you about, Both of you please take care talk to you soon and love to Debs. Rev. |

Not a Good Day
Hi Andy
Had something similar happen to mine when a glazing firms van went down the side of the car (nose to tail) and the glass rack on the side scored the paintwork. As others say it can be sorted, but it is gut wrenching when it happens. Hang in there and hope to see you in the New Year. Regards Ian |
