Default Lost a buddy.

Got a quick email from the wife of a buddy this morning. They had been out shopping and stopped for a coffee yesterday. He became ill at the cafe and needed an ambulance. Despite professional CPR at the cafe and in the ambulance, he did not recover and passed at the hospital. He was the same age as me and we always got on really well when we were together. Some folks thought that we could be taken for brothers (including our wives!). We had very similar attitudes on life in general. He's going to be missed as he often did a lot of work (gratis) for others less fortunate and always had a smile or a cheeky grin. RIP brother.

Mike

Always painful losing someone you know so well, sorry for you and his family. I was at a funeral today seeing faces not seen for quite sometime all sad.

Dreadful for those left behind as such a shock, but the best way for him, albeit always too early.

The PM result showed a heart attack. He had only recently had a full health check! Rest in peace buddy. Thanks to all for comments.
