Another baking hot day, occasionally get a break when a cloud drifts across. Doing nowt today, least nowt that involves putting any kind of pressure on my wrists, after two days on my hands and knees weeding bending them back hurts like bugry.

Scrub that, trying to bend the wrists to their full extent in any direction is painful My other half filled the kettle . . . . couldn't lift it.

It's really muggy here & gets sizzling hot when the sun breaks through.


Just been out to get some petrol for the mower, I think there's just over half in one of those plastic cans for a fiver

Leo is bootiful Jeff Our three cats are still panned out on the vinyl floor to keep cool but they wont come out of the hot conservatory .


Burger flipping duties for tea as I couldn't be bothered to make owt else, Already opened an ice cold bottle of Henry's.
