From the look it looks like facelift bumper top half and mk1 the bottom at least above the chrome grill.

I do remember a member cutting out the painted strips and adding the chrome mk 1 strips to the bumper. A lot of hassle iirc.🤔

IPK has the 999999 fault, owner reckons any garage with an OBD computer can fix it, lot more complicated than that if I remember correctly. Sure it means the eeprom has been corrupted and a replacement (virginised) IPK and T4 was the solution.
