Cooling fan

Hi , cooling fan kicking in 3-4 mins from cold and stays on , temp norm before and after fans .Turned all interior fans off, air con inc , still stays on ? car zt 160 . Any ideas or is this normal ?

1.8 or V6?

If it is coming on with a cold engine and with the AC off that is not correct, is your outside temp sensor working ok or is it showing -30?
