The problem I have is the sun reflects into my eyes and if it catches me wrong it affects my vision for a second just like someone shining a torch in your eyes the reflections on the windscreen don't bother me.

I had a car once with a light coloured dash top, so I had a piece of dark felt which I put on it when the sun was out, the non-shiny dark colour reduced the reflection to almost nil.
