Default A source of spare parts

I am fairly new to the forum and to 75 ownership so I am seeking some help.

I am looking for some spare parts for an 04 plate Connoisseur: A nearside headlamp, a screen wash bottle, a near side indicator unit and some wheel arch clips.

Does anybody on here know of a good source of parts, or have those parts available in the North West of England (Liverpool) or who is willing to send by post?

Hi, there are traders on this site that should be able to help you out with those parts. There's also a 75 mark 2 in Mertons scrap yard opposite the council test centre on Hawthorne road in Bootle if you ok removing parts yourself.
Lee.

Also , whilst he doesn't have the particular bits you quote , for many new parts you have DMGRS ; https://www.dmgrs.co.uk/
He is based nearby in Skem , but trades mail-order only .
Also Rimmer Bros ; https://rimmerbros.com/SubCategory--Rover-75--m-1616 , usually next-day delivery

I've just had my wheel arch liners out whilst replacing parts of the front suspension. Having fought to get the black push-in fixings out in a decent condition, I gave up on the idea of re-using them and made my own replacements.

I have these fixings for work:
https://www.screwfix.com/p/fischer-p...100-pack/58219

And thousands of screws lying around including these:
https://www.screwfix.com/p/easydrive...100-pack/9033h

Use some larger diameter washers to increase the surface area
https://www.screwfix.com/p/easyfix-s...100-pack/413ft

I snipped the ends off the plaster board fixings, hammered them in the holes, sprayed the screws liberally with white grease as they are zinc not stainless, and screwed them in. Hopefully the grease will keep the rust off for a couple years and they'll be a lot easier to remove next time. They seem a lot more secure to me.

I'm in Leigh, WN7 Greater Manchester, so not far from you, and only deal in 75s and MG ZTs so should have anything that you may need!

Thank Tim and Micky Boy. Can you send me your contact details please? The scrap yard didn't have the Rover in so I don't know what happened there. My father-in-law went over today.
