A very pleasant drive to Manchester Airport and back. Uneventful save for an encounter with what I think was a fox lying in the Southbound carriageway of the A 19. Couldn't avoid it, as I behind a HGV at about 65 mph, so had little chance. My near side front wheel hit it, quite a " thud" as it travelled over it.
Poor thing, I hate things like that happening. Car went beautifully, as I expected it would. |

Topped up my clutch fluid. Not myself,my brother in laws son,he is the only one in the family small enough to get under there. His 1st reaction was, "what a stupid place to put that." I think we all agree with that.

I have made something similar John, perfect for bleeding the master cylinder before a new slave is fitted, you don't want any crud entering your new slave cylinder!!

Now I'm annoyed that my old fitting was thrown out with the slave cylinder when the clutch was done.
