Checked the tightness of Kims drivers door window clamps. All still ok.
Put a new water shedder on it. Discovered a slot in the plastic of the internal door handle that makes unhooking and re-hooking the thing rather easy. Dunno why I hadn't spotted this before.
Replaced the speaker, put the door card back on. Everything works but when unlocking, the pin doesn't go all the way down inside the escutcheon. It may be the bottom of the pinhead is hitting the top of the new shedder. I'll sort that out the next time I have the card off. Done too much messing about with them recently to be bothered to do it today.
Next I removed the front passenger door card so I could get the plastic window surround back in it's proper position.

All done it took about an hour.

The pin should t be anywhere near the shredder, maybe a slight ‘tweak’ to the rod is required...

OK Andy. The bit over the pin didn't have any sticky stuff on it so I'll look for a better position, thanks

I've been playing around with polyurethane, looks like it's made from MilkyBar

P-Nut and Trikey, did you do that with a 3D printer? or moulds?

I believe P-nut used PU resin.

Correct, I created a silicone mold of the original part then poured PU resin in to the mold. The next step is adding the runners.
