The warmth has finally arrived here. One drawback, I've already evicted three wasps from the kitchen.

Bootiful Sir, what great weather that was for being out on the water.

Was that a picture of Freddie on deck at the end? He had a great suntan, I rolled my joggers up today and the glare from the white skin almost blinded me

Afternoon all, I've been staining the decking all day & managed to cut my fingers on some glass ( no guitar playing for a week

) and to top it off I've got blisters from the paint brush.

It's really sunny & warm out there today.

, I nearly bought the Norfolk & Suffolk "Wherry lines" add on pack for Train Sim, I remember seeing Lowestoft station in it.
I bought the Northern Trans-pennine Leeds Manchester add on instead.

Well - it's been a peaceful day with SWMBO missing. Apart from hanging some washing out, and bringing it back in again - I've done next to nowt. Watched a fair bit of snooker - World Championships from Sheffield. Biggest dilemma of the day was what I was going to eat for tea - was it to be .....

an Indian takeway?
a Chinese takeway?
a pizza shop takeaway?
a 'don't know, but it's not English' takeaway?

....... final decision was number 4 - I went for a half pound chilli burger with chips (I asked them to leave the salad off, 'cos it masks the taste of the chilli sauce). I'd already put a bottle of Henry Weston's 2016 Vintage Cider in the fridge, so that washed it all down nicely. Now it's the armchair - and MY choice of what's showing tonight
