Opened the washer door - to be met by dozens of small, white, soggy bits of paper - which I assume are the remains of a paper hankie she must have left in one or other of her garments - the only thing of mine in the load was a pair of socks - and I don't normally keep paper hankies in my socks.
Cue lots of swearing, shaking and cleaning out the washer.
She's in for it when she gets home

LOL That happens regular here too Rod although apparently it's my fault for not going through pockets before I load the washing machine
I do find coinage rattling around the drum too which goes into my pocket, around 4 quid the best yet.

Shorts are ok just as long as he doesn't dust off his mankini

Bright and sunny here but a decidedly cool breeze coming off the sea.

It's turned overcast here but the breeze is warm. I haven't seen the sea in over a decade or more & I only live around 40 miles away as the crow flies.
This is me to a 'T'

I'm a bit closer than 40 miles! Just took this from the garden gate:

Not the sea as such but the Forth Estuary.
