My Daughter's Language Queried.

Talking to my daughter on the Bell machine and she was telling me about a meal that her and her partner had been out for. She was describing certain parts that one could order then uttered a comment that I thought was unbecoming, but became reminiscent of that Two Ronnies Sketch.

She told me that you could order ........well I thought she said something but when I queried it she said "you could order four king prawns", ah, all became clear!

Absolutely true - neighbours down the road have just had their second grandson. His parents are calling him 'Noah' - their surname is 'Coleman'.
Imagine school in a few years' time - the teacher doing the register:
"Noah Coleman?" - the answer comes back "no, but I know a log seller".
